Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
When we first believed we experienced Spirit Salvation.       As we grow in Grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ we experience a measure of Soul Salvation.       Yet, despite our pressing toward the Mark For The Prize we never quite make it in this earthly body.       At the return of Christ, we will be changed from corruptible to incorruptible - the body showing the evident change - but our soul as well will be perfected.       The redemption work of Christ in us will be finished on that day.

We 'have Grace' by allowing it to do its work in our soul and body.

Unfortunately, it appears that only the church at Phillipi supported Paul's ministry.

For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
Jesus did not turn to the gentiles because He was spurned by the jews.       It was His Plan all along to bring salvation to the whole world.       

Paul is prophesying a wonderful revival spurred by israel receiving Christ Jesus en masse.
